The Infused³ Story

It all began with an idea. There’s something comforting about the complexity of a well made drink after work that just relaxes us into our evening. During the chaos of the Pandemic that after-work beverage became an important transition from the stresses of being an “essential worker” into home and family life. As time dragged on most of us picked up new hobbies or honed old skills. I learned to make the perfect Old Fashioned at home. I learned how to to properly respect gin and all its floral nuances. I learned about Neolithic Egyptian breadmaking. Don’t judge. Time passed, regular life resumed. Somewhere in the back of my mind I knew I could still make my perfect Old Fashioned even better. It could always use smoke. It could always use fire. I started experimenting with ways to bring those elements into the mix without diluting or over-powering my already perfect cocktail. That’s when Infused³ Cocktail Cubes sprung into existence. Using different smoked peppers, I could bring varying levels of smoke and fire for the right combination that this one drink is demanding. It took some time to get the mixes right, the cubes the right consistency, the right level of spice with the proper amount of sweetness. But now I offer them to you along with my Herbal line to do the same thing with gin as well as spiced sugar rimmers for you to bring that something extra to just about any thing you can create. It’s been an adventure; one that isn’t over yet. I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I do and share your recipes for your perfect cocktail with me!
