Ginger Collins

This elevated Collins cocktail is a blend of classic and contemporary flavors. The crisp London Dry gin is complemented by the lightly effervescent Fever Tree Club Soda and the bright citrus notes of fresh lemon juice. The addition of Smoked Grapefruit bitters adds a smoky, complex dimension to the drink, while the Infused³ Ginger Mint cocktail cubes provide a refreshing and aromatic twist.

Ingredients:

  • London Dry gin

  • Fever Tree Club Soda

  • Infused³ Ginger Mint cocktail cubes

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Simple syrup

  • Smoked Grapefruit bitters

Preparation:

Fill a Collins glass with ice In a mixing glass muddle 4 Infused³ Ginger Mint cocktail cubes with the lemon juice. Add 4 oz London Dry gin, and a touch of simple syrup. Dash in a few drops of Smoked Grapefruit bitters. Shake for 30-45 seconds and pour over ice in the Collins or other tall glass. Top with Fever Tree Club Soda, do not stir. Garnish with lemon wheel or sprig of mint if desired.
